Darlene Dorothy Wakeman

Darlene Dorothy Wakeman, 80, of Salem, Arkansas, passed away, Sunday, October 10, 2021, in Salem, Arkansas.

She was born in Akron, Iowa on August 25, 1941, daughter of the late George Millard and Dorothy (Henaman) Wakeman. Darlene spent her life as a loving daughter, sister, aunt, and friend. During her working years, Darlene worked as a Massage Therapist and a Licensed Practical Nurse. She was of the Lutheran faith.

Darlene is survived by numerous nieces and nephews and special care givers, Katie Newman, Sophie Newman and Tessa Newman.

She was preceded in death by her parents, George and Dorothy Wakeman; sister, Faith Newman and brothers, George Wakeman and Dwight Wakeman.

Private services for the family will be held.
