Elsie Lee Browning

Elsie Lee Browning, 89, of Henderson, Arkansas, passed away Thursday, October, 5th, 2017 at Baxter Regional Medical Center in Mountain Home, Arkansas.

Born in Wynne, Arkansas on January 20, 1928 Elsie was the daughter of the late Roy Lloyd and Mary Elizabeth Lloyd. She was a member of Henderson Baptist Church in Henderson, Arkansas. During her working years, she was employed within the St. Louis, Missouri school district.

Mrs. Browning is survived by her daughter, Elsie Williams and husband, Roy Williams, of Henderson, Arkansas; granddaughter, Kelly Chappell, of Henderson, Arkansas; grandson, David Chappell, of St. Louis, Missouri; sisters, Dora Andrews and Lona Chambers, of Wynne, Arkansas.  She is preceded in death by her husband David Browning, her son, Ted Weddington, and sisters, Flo Andrews, and Zine Scott.
