Julia Ann Baker, 53, of Viola, Arkansas, passed away, Sunday, November 15, 2020 at her home in Viola.

She was born in Salem, Arkansas on June 11, 1967, daughter of Rex and Mary J. (Holstine) Baker. Julia spent her life as a loving daughter, sister, mother, grandmother, and friend. During her working years, Julia worked at Baxter Lab in Mountain Home, Arkansas. She was a member of Landmark Missionary Baptist Church in Elizabeth, Arkansas. Julia enjoyed watching birds, quilting, fishing, and cooking. She loved her family and loved to spend time with them, especially her grandchildren.  

Julia is survived by her son, Dennis Carl Fregia III of Viola, Arkansas; daughters, Petercia (Josh) Sponer of Greenbrier, Arkansas and Jessie Fregia (Jacob Heikes) of Viola, Arkansas; grandchildren, Noah Sponer, Ali Sponer and Braylynn Snyder; parents, Rex and Mary Baker and sister, Treva (Gary) Cotter of Viola, Arkansas.

She was preceded in death by her maternal grandparents, Lue and Mary Jane Holstine and paternal grandparents, Clarence and Cecil Baker.

Pallbearers include: Daniel Neal, Curtis Neal, Jordan Davis, Jacob Heikes, Tyler Howell and A.J. Neal

Honorary Pallbearers include: A.J. Neal, Verlan Cotter, Gary Cotter, Greg Walker

Graveside services will be Wednesday, November 18, 2020 beginning at 2:00 PM at Dewey Town Cemetery in Elizabeth. Visitation will be prior to the service from 12:00 PM until 1:00 PM at Doty Family Funeral Service Chapel in Salem.

Arrangements entrusted to Doty Family Funeral Service of Salem, Arkansas.
