June Monteen Cotter

June Monteen Cotter, 92, of Salem, Arkansas, passed from this walk of life on Saturday, November 18, 2023, in Salem.

She was born in Elizabeth, Arkansas, on October 14, 1931, daughter of the late Ernest Glen Robbins and Maude Augusta (Pearson) Robbins. She was united in marriage to the late Glen Cotter in Viola, Arkansas, on December 5, 1947. Monteen loved the Lord and was very active in the Salem Church of Christ for many years where she was also a member.

Monteen is survived by many nieces and nephews.

She was preceded in death by her husband, Glen Cotter; parents; brothers, Orbie Robbins, Horace Robbins, Paul J Robbins, Gene Robbins, Doyle Robbins, Orville Robbins and Delmo Robbins and sisters, Lucille Beach and Beatrice Shelton.

Pallbearers include: Larry Smith, Kevin Browning, Kenneth Cotter, Chris Black, Jett Smith and Vernon Robbins

Funeral services will be held Tuesday, November 21, 2023, at Salem Church of Christ in Salem, Arkansas at 2:00 PM with Bro. David Gibson officiating. Burial will follow services at Pleasant View Cemetery in Viola, Arkansas. Visitation will be prior to the service beginning at 1:00 PM.
