Lara Gee Arnett, 14, of Glencoe, Arkansas, passed from this walk of life on Monday, November 18, 2024.
She was born in Anderson, Indiana, on April 5, 2010, to Janell Boswell and the late Kyle Arnett. Lara attended Salem High School in Salem, Arkansas. She was a member of the band and drama club. Lara began her time in the band playing the clarinet and was currently playing the baritone saxophone but was going to be moving to tenor saxophone soon. She loved music, Will Wood was her favorite right now, but she enjoyed all music from any genre. Lara could make music more beautiful. She could play just about any instrument. Lara was outgoing and never met a stranger; she could make a friend anywhere she went. She enjoyed being outdoors in nature. Lara was an animal lover; she did not care if it was a snake or a dog, she loved them all. She enjoyed gaming, streaming and being on her phone. Lara was creative, crafty, smart, beautiful, and very strong. She was the best big sister her siblings could have asked for. Lara was loved greatly by her family and friends and will be missed.
Left to cherish her memories are mother and step father, Janell Boswell and Spenser Miller; siblings, Zaya Arnett, Kyla Arnett, Zavior Miller and Luca Miller; gamaw, Jacqueline Williamson and husband Chip; pap pap, William Coffman; grandmother and grandfather, Michelle Gastineau and husband Jon and Mike Arnett and wife Chris; aunts and uncles, Nate, Amber, Autumn, Jessie, Konner, Desiree and Carolyn; cousins, Bristol, Bash, Cameron and Caydon and many friends.
She was preceded in death by her father, Kyle Arnett; grandfather, Bryan Gee and great grandparents, Mr. and Mrs. Clear and Naomi Arnett.
A Celebration of Lara’s Life will be on Monday, November 25, 2024, beginning at 3:00 PM at Doty Family Funeral Service Chapel in Salem, Arkansas. Visitation will be prior to the service beginning at 1:00 PM.
