Lieghty B McKenzie

Lieghty Bonds McKenzie, 86, of Salem, Arkansas, passed away Thursday, August 24, 2017 at her home in Salem, Arkansas.

She was born in Arizona on July 18, 1931, daughter of the late Dovie (Barns) and Simon Bonds. Lieghty spent her life as a loving daughter, wife, mother, grandmother, cousin and friend. She was united in marriage to the late Larry McKenzie in Santa Barbara, California. She was of the Baptist faith. During her working years she worked at a Marshall in Santa Barbara, California.

Lieghty is survived by her son, Mark Hayden and wife Betsy of Santa Barbara, California; one granddaughter; one great granddaughter and cousins.

She was preceded in death by her parents, Dovie and Simon Bonds; husband, Larry McKenzie; son, Michael Hayden and one brother.
